See exactly what changed since last quarter.
Nobody reads two 10-Qs side by side. Disclosed does it for you: it finds the company's previous filing and shows what moved.
- Numbers that moved, with the old and new values
- Risk factors that were added or quietly removed
- Shifts in guidance and tone, rated better, worse, or mixed

Questions
Is this investment advice?
No. Disclosed summarizes what a filing says. It never tells you to buy, sell, or hold anything, and it doesn't predict prices.
How accurate are the summaries?
Summaries are written by AI (Anthropic's Claude) and are instructed to only use numbers that appear in the filing. Every number and red flag names the section it came from so you can check it in seconds. AI can still make mistakes, so verify anything you're going to act on.
Which filings does it work on?
Any filing document on SEC.gov, including 10-Ks, 10-Qs, 8-Ks, S-1s, and 20-Fs, in both the regular and interactive (iXBRL) viewers. The what-changed comparison works on 10-Qs, 10-Ks, 20-Fs, and 40-Fs.
Do I need an account?
No. Just install it and click Summarize. If you subscribe and later switch computers, you can restore your plan with the email you used at checkout.
How do I cancel?
Open the sidebar, click your plan badge, and choose Manage subscription. You keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for.
What do you do with my data?
Very little. We see which filings you summarize so we can count your usage, and that's about it. No ads, no tracking, and we never sell data. The details are in our privacy policy.
